4. Settlement Framework: Cash on Delivery (COD) Only

  • Zero Advance Online Payments: We operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. Our store does not accept credit cards, debit cards, electronic bank wires, or digital wallet prepayments during checkout.

  • Doorstep Collection: No payment is charged beforehand. You are entitled to inspect your package upon courier arrival and hand over the exact cash total straight to the delivery driver.

5. Statutory Return Rights & Cancellation Framework

  • 14-Day Return Window: You possess the statutory consumer right to request an authorized return and refund within 14 calendar days counting from the day your consignment is physically delivered.

  • Merchandise Condition Standards: Returned items must remain completely clean, unused, unaltered, and retained in their intact original manufacturer packaging alongside all provided accessories, inserts, and instruction manuals.
